From my initial visit speaking to Adam at the dealership never meeting him before he was so professional, polite and helpful said he could sell my Dads car on a sale of return basis after we received news he could no longer drive due to health.
Adam and the staff at the dealership kept me informed on how things was going with the motor, told me he could sell it within a month and WOW how true to his word, within 2weeks of them having the car prepping it up ready for its new owner I had a call to say it had been sold and payment was sent to us.

Adam was very helpful and responsive with any questions I had about the car I was looking at from dorest prestige. Due to the distance away to the dealership from myself, I had plenty of photos and videos of the car before committing and it was perfect. The preparation and detail was above and beyond. Will always keep an eye for what cars Adam and the team have as would 100% purchase a car from these guys again. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

Bought a 5 year old VW Touran from Adam in March. I am really pleased with the car, and the after sales service I have received has been great. Soon after I collected the car there was a small problem with an emissions sensor. The team at Dorset Prestige Cars booked it in for repair immediately and lent me a car so that I get to work. Great customer service all round.

I purchased the car after Adam sent me a What's App of a walk-around the car. Collected it on a Saturday was even more impressed seeing it in the flesh.
Camera was misted up but sent me a new one within a week.
Really impressed with them and great communication with Adam.
Certainly recommend them if I could give 6 stars I would.

Highly recommend these guys for any car enquiries you may have. They done a full service on my 2003 freelander kept me up to date with what was going on while waiting for the car I got offered tea coffee biscuits. All very lovely guys down there so head on down to Dorset prestige cars to get your car serviced or any issues you may have and while your there why not check out the amazing stock they have. 10/10 guys.

Buying a new car is always risking and time consuming but after calling Dorset Prestige cars and arranging to view a car one morning I've changed my mind .
Met Adam and straight away felt comfortable he explained the cars history , no hard sell just good info , gave the keys for a test drive with a see you later of we went, my daughter came with me anyway came back very impressed and decided to buy.
Paperwork with Adam was very easy and comprehensive he went through everything , service history all their checks done on site ,price and warranty. Asked when I wanted to collect it , next day seemed OK to me but after a quick check was informed I could take it away now , so with a lovely coffee I arranged the tax , insurance there and then , transferred money signed all paperwork and was the proud owner of a 2016 Ford Fiesta 1.0T in blue ( Everton supporter) a bonus .so from phone call to driving away it took 2 hrs , I can't thank Adam enough for a great no hassle no pressure experience, thoroughly recommended and the coffee was good aswell.

Just left prestige with the best feeling in the world. I have no concerns over the car with AA included and extended warranty I have worry free living for a while. I purchased my Peugeot from DPC in May, really pleased with it, however the internal AC fan motor packed up right in this heatwave. I contacted the Guys and explained what has happened, they said bring it in and we will sort it out, well I am stunned, not only did they replace a fan motor and a resistor but when they were looking over the car the mechanic noticed the rear brakes needed changing and they replaced them at no cost, I don’t know what to say, thank you so much, when I bought the car Adam said they pride themselves on after care. We bought a black Range Rover Evoque around 2 months ago from Dorset Prestige. Adam was excellent at keeping us upto date with a couple of issues that we required and were done at approved Land Rover garage at cost to them, always kept upto date and even lent us a lovely car for us to use for a funeral up in London while awaiting our new car. I cannot praise Adam of Dorset prestige cars highly enough really, if I was able to give them 6 stars, I would. I wanted to sell my BMW as I was about to take delivery of a new car. Despite the BMW's age (13 years), it had low mileage and had only one owner with all the history etc. Adam took it in on a sale or return basis and within a week he had sold it for much more than I was offered as a trade-in. It was, from my point of view, completely hassle-free, nothing was too much trouble. I just dropped the car off and soon was notified it had sold. I would definitely reccomend them to everyone.

This company is amazing, I recently bought a Fabia Skoda from them. It looked too good to be true in the adverts & unfortunately due to Covid I couldn’t go visit at their location. No problem, they sent me a personalised video of the car, shoeing every detail so I knew what I was buying. I liked it so they drove it to my house so I could view it. Perfect motor for budget & lifestyle so I purchased there & then. These guys were 100% customer focused & did a great job & the car is a good little runner . Can’t recommend them enough !
