I really enjoyed my purchase of a Discovery 4 HSE SDV6 from Dorset Prestige Cars. The vehicle was accurately described and was v. well presented. The all important cambelt, oil pumps and front wishbones had been replaced and it had a v. good service history. I was given space to examine the vehicle in my own time and take it for a test drive. The vehicle was competitively priced and came with a good warranty. The paperwork was excellent. Dom provided a high level of customer service and I really appreciated his attention to detail such as replacing the cracked number plate and rear light and ensuring the vehicle came with sufficient fuel for me to drive home without being asked. I would definitely consider using DPC again to source my next vehicle and I would recommend this dealership.

Adam was great. Very friendly, no pressure sales. I pointed out a couple of problems with the paint on the car I was interested in and he had them sorted before I picked the car up a week later.One small gripe, and I blame myself for not checking before I picked the car up, it was advertised as having sat nav and front parking sensors. It doesn't. Not a massive problem because I would've still bought the car regardless but kinda think if it's in the advert, it should have it.All in all a good experience buying from Adam and I'd recommend him to anyone.Thanks Adam. Absolutely love my new Audi

Fantastic service! The best businesses always deliver a good after sale service. It alway a worry buying a second hand car, I purchased my Peugeot 2008 from Adam four months ago, it has run well taking me from Dorset to London every Sunday and back the same day. Well the internal blower fan stopped working suddenly in the recent heatwave, I rang Adam and he booked me in that week, diagnosed the problem and installed a new fan motor, to my surprise and astonishment he told me the mechanic had found a fault on the rear brakes and so fitted new discs and pads with no charge, Thank you Dorset Prestige cars, Tony a very satisfied customer

I had a fantastic experience Dorset prestige cars, and from the get go, they were so timely with communication and made everything such an easy process. Chris, especially, was very attentive and answered any questions I had. You could instantly tell that he had great knowledge of the car, and he was able to give us any relevant information. There were a couple of nit picky issues, and these were resolved without hassle and in such good time. They were understanding about finances, explained everything to me in detail, but clear enough for me to understand. Between putting down the deposit and picking up the car, we had numerous conversations via text and phone calls, I was constantly updated about the process and was never left in the dark. It made the process of buying a car so much easier and a lot less stressful than I have experienced in the past with other dealerships. The work area and office area were both spotless, and you could tell they all take pride in their job. All of the team made me feel so welcome, and the atmosphere was very friendly, but professional. I felt confident in all of them, and I'm pleased to have chosen their services. The car I purchased is running like a dream, and I know that if I have any issues in the future, they will be happy to help me
